For specifications and layout please see the picture. NOTE: on the lay out picture for the bedroom is wrong. You can only enter the bedroom by the front door. Owner has all manuals and paperwork on this camper. Everything worked as it should when it was winterized. The owner also has the decals to replace the old ones. Owner is willing to include all the items they had inside the camper (towels, pots & pans, bedding, toaster, coffee maker, storage containers & misc items)
